Cutting Master 3 Software
Cutting Master 3 is a free plug-in designed for Adobe Illustrator and CorelDRAW. The program enables users to output their designs created in their preferred VECTOR illustration app directly to Graphtec cutting plotters. It also allows you to cut objects from your graphics designs. Installing Cutting Master 3 ＜Windows ＞ InsCM3WinEN01 1 Installing Cutting Master 3 ＜Windows＞ 1. Double-click the icon of the downloaded software installer to start installation. The Cutting Master 3 Setup wizard is starting and Welcome screen appears. Click the 'Next' button. SignMaster BASIC (CUT) is for simple vinyl cutting and allows you to produce vinyl lettering, logos and pinstriping. SignMaster CUT comes with a basic set of text, curve and object tools and supports laser-pointer vinyl cutters for manual contour cutting.

Cutting Master 3 is designed to allow customers to operate their cutter from the two most popular graphic. Software directly to Graphtec cutting plotters. Notice that when you select Cutting Master 3 in the list of applications, some information about the application is made available to you: Safety rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other users have about Cutting Master 3, from 'Highly recommended' to. It is designed to allow customers to operate their cutter from the two most popular graphic and illustration applications: Adobe Illustrator and CorelDraw X4-X6. Cutting Master 3 enables users to output their designs created in their preferred illustration app directly to the CE6000 series cutting plotters.

The Cutting Master 3 / Graphtec Studio needs to be closed before the Cutting Master 4 is started.
Notice for using the Illustrator CS6 and later editions.
OPS628 (v10.30)
When the data file in the Illustrator 9 format is opened using the Illustrator CS6 and later editions, the name of all layers are changed to 'layers'. The Cutting Master 4 cannot to recognize registration mark because the name of layer for the registration mark is also changed. The cause of this phenomenon is not the Cutting Master 4. It is issue of the Illustrator CS6 and later editions. It occurs when the illustrator 9 format data is opened by the Illustrator CS6 and later editions.
Workaround
- Please re-save the data file to Illustrator 8 format in the Illustrator 9 before opens the data file by the Illustrator CS6 and later editions.
- Please re-save the data file in a format other than the Illustrator 9 using the Illustrator CS5 or older edition before opens the data file by the Illustrator CS6 and later editions.

• CE7000 series: version 1.10 or later
• FCX2000 series: version 1.20 or later
• FC4500 series: version 1.92 or later
• FC2250 series: version 3.90 or later
• FC8600 series: version 1.11 or later

This phenomenon occurs when [GPU Preview] is specified on the 2021/2020/CC2019/CC2018 [View] menu.
It is a display problem and there is no problem with data, printing and cutting can be performed correctly.
This can be avoided by specifying to [Preview on CPU] with the [View] menu.
Marks may be displayed in the same way when opening a file created with Illustrator CC2017 or earlier.
- CE6000Plus and CE6000 series
Change the setting of CONDITION PRIORITY from MANUAL to PROGRAM in the TOOLS SETTING menu. - CE5000 series
Change the setting of PRIORITY from the MANUAL to COMD in the special function setting menu.
[Cut/Plot] menu will not be displayed by clicking [Don't Allow]. Please go to the [System Preference] menu, select [Security & Privacy] > [Privacy] > [Automation] and tick the boxes to allow the apps control.
Cutting Master 3 Software Installer
This setting can be confirmed from the [System Preference] screen-[Security & Privacy] icon-[Privacy] tab-setting screen of [Files and Folders] on macOS.
Please note that this dialog may be hidden behind the [Cut / Plot] screen.

The Cutting Master 3 / Graphtec Studio needs to be closed before the Cutting Master 4 is started.
Notice for using the Illustrator CS6 and later editions.
